always the weird gotcha on that one...

ok, that's gold-level stupidity
...
rust format inserts a trailing space in some autoformatted
doc code.
we have a rule that doesn't allow trailing spaces
we also have a rule that requires rustfmt to run clean
unresolvable paradox.
Solution: just make the docs worse. I don't have time for this, really.

Cargo changed how it decided to format some comments in one of
our key dependency crates, which is breaking all of our CI checks.
This fixes that. *sigh*.

add arithmetic tests
...
this exercises a simple stack-based routine to check that
the RAMs are correctly wired. Note that due to a lack of
creativity on my side, only cores 0, 1, and 3 are exercised;
it's just assumed that core 2 works as well since everything is
instantiated by loop.

Refactor remaining tests for multi-bank RAM op

BDMA memory pages for each core are now on separate pages, with
each core having a private memory space.
Also add code readback tests, debug PC & trap test

fix a bug where the last seeded value was not being used.
...
Realized that the last round of mixed values wasn't actually being
used because we nuke the `seed` value at the top of the loop.
We effectively had a round of ChaCha8 that we were doing but then
throwing away.
This construction should capture all the benefit of the computation
without wasting computation.

deprecate SID assignment
...
We no longer send messages to the swapper via the server interface.
All calls go through the blocking handler; in general, there are
no scenarios where it makes sense to have a swapper operation
pre-emptable. We always want our swapper ops to complete quickly,
deterministically, and atomically.

instead of hard crashing, we return an appropriate error.
