modify loader to setup the console UART
...
this avoids a bunch of nasty pinmux stuff that would have to
go into the console logger at early boot

move kernel UART to DUART port
...
using the DUART means we don't get console input on the kernel
(because the DUART is incapable of this) but it's a decent compromise
I think because the DUART is fast and efficient, and mostly we want
it to capture kps?
Eventually we'll need an input mode but for now, this will get us
moving.

The MDMA controller seems broken on the FPGA board, but is working
in RTL. Add a feature flag that allows us to toggle between modes.

this case is too sensitive to clock config outside of the PIO
block, because it relies on some specificts of how inter-bus sync
works and the environment is free to set PIO and PCLK relationship

cleanup spurious error on abort ack path
...
when the target aborts the transaction, we don't get an abort_done
interrupt, because we explicitly acknowledge the abort by asserting
it on our side (I mean, we could modify the protocol to generate
an interrupt but it would be redundant).

add option to type usernames as well as passwords
...
passwords is the "quick default", you have to pop down by
one on the menu to type a username.
This should address #401 .

This fix causes the script to exit if `--config` was selected.
You will need to run
`python3 -m pip install --upgrade precursorupdater`
to pull in the fix. It should be live now.

add a DMA + PIO test
...
validates that we can setup a DMA to bitbang an output from a region
of RAM. This will be handy for e.g. driving random displays etc.

Fix `ProcessStartup'
...
Previously, `ProcessStartup' did not have `repr(C)' above it. This
meant that it was using rust layout, which is weird and is not
compatible with `_xous_syscall_return_result'

testing for issue #399

This disables the extra-flush option which should put the recent
changes to betrusted-soc through its paces.
The actual SoC artifact also has to be committed to xous once
the testing is done.
