StifledCertificateVerification::verify_server_cert() will verify the certificate with the default rustls WebPkiVerifier, BUT specifically override a `CertificateError::UnknownIssuer` and return ServerCertVerified::assertion()
This allows us to use rustls to open a tls connection to a host with an untrusted certificate chain. And subsequently get to see the certificate chain, and possibly choose to trust the chain, or links in it.
This change is made with the intention of making the xous-rs crate a bit
more freestanding without depending on the xtask build system.

This way the crate will always fail to compile if it doesn't compile on
no_std.
It being no_std by default won't affect std build of other crates as
no_std and std crates can interop by default.

The rationale is that those types don't depend on host pointer size
values. This could've caused trouble when parsing SVDs for 64-bit
devices on a 32-bit host.

rely more on the cache retaining consistency with the disk
versus always reloading from the disk to speed up performance.
might be useful to make a routine that can also check coherency
periodically, because with the new format the cache could
co-exist along side the database for a very long time without
any checking.
also eliminates references, copying and locking of items in the
sorted btreemap.
turns out that ... sorting is much cheaper than copying or maintaining
references, because copies to heap items require allocs which are
under the hoood several sorts to find the place to stick the alloc
memory, and shared references require locks.
ssid scans can now be in-progress, and they also record
the time elapsed since the last scan was performed.
this allows the network manager to be a bit smarter about when
it decides to kick off a scan.
the ssid scan dialog box is also updated to show
the scan results in progress. This addresses #336.
seems they refactored the way rust workspaces are handled and
deprecated previous keywords and added some other features that
break cargo check.
This overrides all of that and manually configures cargo
check to be harmonized with the hardware target environment.
use the same API call used by `status` as in `shellchat`.
this should also fix the status bar reflecting the correct state.
