bunnie	995915ed4e	nail down a couple more dependencies, and add a policy note to Cargo.toml ... Each Cargo.toml now includes a comment which remnids maintainers of the dependency policy for Xous (that is, nail down every dependency to the minor number).	2022-01-10 15:54:27 +08:00
