One-off installation

$ cargo install wasm-pack
$ sudo npm install npm@latest -g

To run:

$ cd wasm    # this directory
$ wasm-pack build
$ cd www
$ npm install
$ export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider
$ npm run start

go to http://localhost:8080/
