885e877b43 add features for mdma test to control RAM src/dest regions 
The MDMA controller seems broken on the FPGA board, but is working
in RTL. Add a feature flag that allows us to toggle between modes.

06953cec55 remove overly sensitive test case 
this case is too sensitive to clock config outside of the PIO
block, because it relies on some specificts of how inter-bus sync
works and the environment is free to set PIO and PCLK relationship

e18869807a add a DMA + PIO test 
validates that we can setup a DMA to bitbang an output from a region
of RAM. This will be handy for e.g. driving random displays etc.

bdf785f7c7 add pl230 module 
this will hopefully eventually be generic across any platform
that uses the pl230 dma module, which I have seen... on a couple
of platforms at least.

b64e8ee9e2 add PIO support to xous 
still needs to hammer out the utralib location and so forth,
it's using a legacy format before we had mergeable SVDs, but
one thing at a time...
