6691c6e4a7 peripherals: sync trng blocks with latest bitstream 
The bitstream definition for the TRNG blocks has changed. Update the
Renode models to match.

e0f4e0c47f emulation: fix missing interrupts in peripherals 
Now that we wire up the irq line, ensure the peripherals have actual
