imports: remove com_rs-ref 
The crate just re-exports the com_rs crate. This patch changes usages of
com_rs-ref to use com_rs directly.

a2413b7b34 fix #371 
cheeseball fix -- just don't draw the "please wait" message
when in hosted mode (because everything mounts so fast, by the
time you put up the please wait message, it's time to clear it).

981abbf503 cleanup some comments, tweak the stress test 
the battery switchover behavior is guaranteed by the time management
servers, so we don't redundantly set it in the alarms.

19667800cb modify sleep stress test timing 
now that the initiate suspend call is working right, we need
to give a little bit of time for the i2c command to issue to
setup the wake alarm before issuing a suspend call. otherwise
we end up with a scrambled RTC unit.

145e0469bc fix another edge case in key deletion 
invalidated keys that were not dirty were not being removed
also added routine to fill keys that are evicted from the cache
during the update routine
