c0842517f6 major refactor of the graphics-server API 
- remove redundant Rect/Rectangle implementations
- refactor Lines and Circles
- add DrawStyle to the message passing regimen
- depracate modal Styles; now every object has a DrawStyle shipped with it
- remove unused/redundant API calls

8e2faddd2f com_rs: use git protocol in Cargo.toml 
Don't use git submodules, which can be confusing. Instead, use a git
repo in the Cargo.toml file.

4f2be0c0e1 shell: use log-server for message logging 
This paves the way for no longer needing our own UART for this process.
