020b755023 eliminate bip_utils package dependency 
bip_utils is not sufficiently compatible with enough platforms
to be worth integrating. we use a hand-rolled bip-39 implementation
instead to eliminate the dependency.

a416069002 add hash protection on the metadata header 
stage is set for hash protection on the PDDB data itself.

6266101727 backalyzer now works with PDDB in hosted mode. 
Specify file as `-f pddb-images/hosted.bin` and use `--hosted`
