25e4d16de3 xous-os: rename CreateServer to CreateServerWithAddress 
Servers will, by default, get randomly-assigned SIDs. Certain servers
will want to have well-known SIDs, such as the log server or the
nameserver. These will use a separate call in order to perform this
priveledged operation.

A subsequent patch will add `CreateServer`.

c0842517f6 major refactor of the graphics-server API 
- remove redundant Rect/Rectangle implementations
- refactor Lines and Circles
- add DrawStyle to the message passing regimen
- depracate modal Styles; now every object has a DrawStyle shipped with it
- remove unused/redundant API calls

684ba69a31 os_timer: move preemption from shell to ticktimer server 
This is responsible for preemption in the system. Move it to the timer
server since it seems to make more sense to have there.

8e2faddd2f com_rs: use git protocol in Cargo.toml 
Don't use git submodules, which can be confusing. Instead, use a git
repo in the Cargo.toml file.

e7aa2c70a0 shell: use connect() instead of try_connect() 
We don't need to use `try_connect()` anymore since we now have
`connect()` which will automatically retry as necessary.
