Remove xous-rs unused features 
The rationale is that xous-rs should have only architecture
specific code, e.g.: riscv, arm, x86, etc. To make other
crates that depend on it not specify the features.

This could be useful when using xous-rs with `libstd`
for example.

c127f00dc1 add a no-codec feature for DVT builds 
specifying this turns off all dependencies that rely on the
codec, which is a different device on DVT.

b9dbabc198 fix kernel config for shellchat 
somehow, on windows builds, this doesn't break; but when building
under linux, the kernel config difference matters. Now that I
know how to pass features down, let's do it right.

beed2ceab8 add performance counter to measure AES runtimes 
this simple test does a walking 1's across AES256 key space to
see if there are gross bit-dependent execution timing problems
