In multiple places in the UHD code, we were doing the same calculation
for a wrapped frequency (wrap it into the first Nyquist zone). This math
was using boost::math, too. Instead of editing every instance, we create
a new function, uhd::math::wrap_frequency(), and replace all of its
separate implementations with this function. The new function also no
longer relies on boost::math::sign.
- Moves linear_interp from cal to utils
- Moves the interp_mode enum class to interpolation.hpp
- Adds three interpolation methods for maps: at_interpolate_1d(),
at_nearest(), at_lin_interp()
- Adds unit tests
Boost changed the lcm() and gcd() functions in Boost 1.67. This creates
portable UHD versions to be used instead. They use various Boost
versions under the hood conditionally.
- Also removes all references to boost/cstdint.hpp and replaces it with
stdint.h (The 'correct' replacement would be <cstdint>, but not all of our
compilers support that).
