df9ca47ed1 mpm: eiscat: magnesium: Removed C++-only SPI ifaces 
- EISCAT is now Python only with the exception of the definition of the
  SPI ifaces
- Magnesium uses a Python-generated SPI iface
- Removed SPI lock from EISCAT dboard
