107a49c0c2 host: Update code base using clang-tidy
The checks from the new clang-tidy file are applied to the source tree
using:

$ find . -name "*.cpp" | sort -u | xargs \
    --max-procs 8 --max-args 1 clang-tidy --format-style=file \
    --fix -p /path/to/compile_commands.json

967be2a4e8 uhd: mpm: apply clang-format to all files
Applying formatting changes to all .cpp and .hpp files in the following
directories:
```
find host/examples/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/tests/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/lib/usrp/dboard/neon/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/lib/usrp/dboard/magnesium/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/lib/usrp/device3/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/lib/usrp/mpmd/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/lib/usrp/x300/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find host/utils/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
find mpm/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
```

Also formatted host/include/, except Cpp03 was used as a the language
standard instead of Cpp11.
```
sed -i 's/ Cpp11/ Cpp03/g' .clang-format
find host/include/ -iname *.hpp -o -iname *.cpp | \
    xargs clang-format -i -style=file
```

Formatting style was designated by the .clang-format file.

601e0ed87b examples: utils: skip formatting program options
Turning off clang formatting around the program option declarations.
clang-format makes them looks bad an unreadable because it thinks the
options are function calls or something.

45335d1e1c fx2: std::system("/sbin/rmmod usbtest") not portable, fixed that
FX2 code has complications on Windows machine due to
shell misinterpreting the "/sbin/rmmod usbtest" string.

* path should not be hardcoded
* std::system error message means "possible success" (which is confusing, and contains little information)
* replaced std::system by matching syscall
* used #ifdef UHD_PLATFORM_LINUX to make checking & removal Linux-only

307cd09150 Renaming 'usrp1_init_eeprom' to 'fx2_init_eeprom', and making it enable based on
ENABLE_USB rather than ENABLE_USRP1 since we also need it for B100.
