Patched source for Aeneas/Charon formal verification transpilation
Same documented rewrite as FieldElement::sqrt_ratio_i: semantically identical and still constant-time, but avoids subtle's ConditionallyNegatable blanket impl, which the verification toolchain cannot translate.
