From 523ef04240e057110cfe16549a50fbfb7995343e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Yi Zhang Date: Mon, 1 Apr 2024 15:42:28 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] enable lto in Python-CUDA-Packaging Pipline (#20164) ### Description Except [Python-CUDA-Packaging pipeline](https://dev.azure.com/aiinfra/Lotus/_build?definitionId=1299&_a=summary), all windows cuda packaging jobs have been running well now.
