Paul Kehrer	b37e4ab5df	support compilation against openssl 3 with no legacy provider (#7650) ... You must pass CRYPTOGRAPHY_OPENSSL_NO_LEGACY for this to be allowed. Downstreams can easily patch this check out if they want to default to this behavior.	2022-09-26 21:20:58 +00:00
